Isolated paralysis-paresis of the anterior tibialis  muscle (rare); loss of the ankle dorsiflexion

Herewith: A paresis of the anterior tibial muscle engendered an acute and painful Hallux Valgus.
Spasticity:  Cerebral paralysis, central nervous system trauma, stroke, craniocerebral hemorrhage and Spina Bifida can produce a Hallux Valgus by muscular imbalance.
